Shinryaku! Ika Musume Episode 2 – More squidy goodness to boot
Rather odd anime, Shinryaku! Ika Musume, which translates to Squid Girl! Ika Musume, features more squidy goodness for the show’s viewers. The anime is based on a girl who has squid powers (hence the name) that came from the ocean to invade mankind due to the rising level of sea pollution.
The first episode already had reviews ranging from awesome to gross, and some viewers have reported feeling queasy in the stomach while watching the show. The 2nd episode of the anime just aired in Japan, and we snagged the chance to grab our own gallery of screenshots as seen below.
Black Rock Shooter OVA Released
Black Rock Shooter’s bikini-clad heroine makes a epic return in the form of a 55-minute long OVA. The Original Video Animation is a continuation on the actual Black Rock Shooter song sung by Vocaloid idol Hatsune Miku. While originally crowned as the “alter ego” of Miku, the heroine has a eye that bursts into flames when enraged, and also carries a sword. Some fans have also raised an eyebrow as to the hair style, which is somewhat similar to Azusa from K-ON’s twin-tail hair style.
